Deputy Pringles shows his support at Local Man’s Book Launch

Deputy Pringle attended the Book launch of Author Bernie O’Callaghan book ” Footsteps in the Sands of Time” which took place in The Clock Tower, Fintragh, Killybegs on the 19th of November 2011.

The Book ‘Footsteps in the Sands of Time‘ is an in depth book of the history of Donegal Athletics. The Author Bernie O’Callaghan spent years researching and prefecting this publicationg that traces the sport from the late 1950’s.

The book contains hundreds of photographs, facts, details of Co.Championship and records and much, much more.  I would like to Congratulate Bernie on publishing this valuable piece of research

The book (or books) was on sale at the launch and will be available in local bookshops and will bring back many memories from the past 40 years.
