Household charges such as this have been successfully challenged in the UK and will be challenged here successfully! For a start, Statute Law only gains the Force of Law by individual consent. (Maxim: Consent makes the Law) Registration is giving consent, do not register (Maxim: No one is bound to arm his adversary).
Most people do not know the Law that they are complying with, it is important (especially at this time) that people learn about the Law so that they can respond Lawfully to any judicial cases they may have to answer.
I will not be paying, and if I get a court ‘invitation’ I will be going in with all my dogs in line, I respectfully suggest that you and the people you represent do likewise.
