Dear Mr Pringle,
First of all, my sincere congratulations for your actions in those matters.
I had the privilege to attend the supreme court hearing when John Rogers SC made a superbe presentation of the case.
Having a keen interest in those issues, I was wondering any procedure against the ESM and those 2 treaties could be made based on the following 2 points, independently or in synergy:
a/ the European Convention on Human Rights provision against slavery
b/ the Irish Constitution’s provision protecting the rights of the unborn…
Having not allocated enough time to check all those figures and treaty, some personal approximation make me believe that Ireland is endebted for the next 30 years, which mean that the unborn right to life, which could be easily extended to the unborn right to a “free” life has been altered.
Wishing you every success.
Yours sincerely
