“To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he has assessed the impact of Public Procurement (Framework Agreements) circular 06/12, for the procurement of goods and services, on local jobs that has provided for single suppliers on a national level for day to day purchases for public bodies and if he will make a statement on the matter.”
