Lone parents living in Rural Donegal are hit hardest by recent changes to One Parent Family Payment Scheme. Speaking on the Lone Parent Private Members’ Business in the Dáil, Thomas spoke out against the changes implemented by the Labour Party saying it will only affect parents who are already working.
